After serving my country for 7 years in the Royal Highland Fusiliers in Germany from 1994-2000.
I resettled back in the UK with a Qualification in Personal Training Sports Injury Therapy with Premier International, a widely renowned Training Organisantion based in Trowbridge Wiltshire.
Since then I have never looked back, I have had a great Career in the industry dealing with International Athletes and Football Clubs to the normal members of the public.
Now in 2024 I have over 20 years of experience in the Massage and Sports Injury industry.
My Daily goal is being committed to helping clients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve performance.
Tommy specialises in sports injury therapy, deep tissue massage, stretching, exercise prescription to assist on Rehabilitation and quicken up recovery & Ultrasound.
